I have met someone through this site! I was just searching through profiles and came across his and wrote to him and he wrote me back, then we started talking on the phone-we would sometimes talk for 3 or 4 hours a night, then about 3 weeks later I flew from Denver to Orlando to visit him and that's how it all started. We plan to spend the rest of our lives together! Here is a pic of us from last weekend. Thanks for providing this website for us!

Guy and I met November 2006 we both did security work. I always thought he was a very attractive person just as he thought I was. We dated but it wasn't anything extremely serious. We went our seperate ways but always stayed in contact. He asked me to marry him in Dec 2008 and I said yes, but than I went through a terrible depression and broke things off. I didn' tell him about my HSV status and that really started to bother me. We started talking again and I had a made up mind that I could no longer be in a realtionship with him if I wasn't being 100% honest. On friday, October 31, 2008 my life changed forever. I set him down and I poured my heart out to him. I can honsetly say that I loved him enough to let him go. Well I told him everything and he kissed me and told me that we would be ok. I never thought I would love again but now I truelly know that being loved by the one you love is possible, if it is meant to be!!!

He said "WOW" and I said "if half what his profile says is true, this might go somewhere" and somewhere it did. He saw me on April 15th,emailed me in the wee hours of April 16th - I responded immediatley and we talked for hours and hours every night and as much as we could every day till our first date April 20th. We are together forever now and we both found the other person who makes us feel whole. Is Herpes a curse - hell no - it is the gift that keeps on giving and in this case it gave each of us each other - the perfect spouse / friend / lover!!! We will be married on July 17th, 2009 or sooner if he has his way. I have been on these websites for 5 years have been in 3 relationships from them and never quite found someone i honestly in my heart knew was "the one". I thought this thing called true love was some kind of a sick joke. After 2 months on your site i have found the man i believe in my heart is "the one". Our first phone conversation lasted for hours and our first meeting neither one of us wanted to leave. I have found someone I honestly want to spend my life with because I love them not because I should just be with them b/c we share this one thing in common. Kudos to positivesingles!
