Not much to say here other than things couldn't have worked out better. I met the man I will be spending the rest of my life with!! I can't believe that after 16 years of searching and being lonley...It was so easy! I never entertained the thought of online dating but I was desperate LOL... and what a great way to meet someone and let them know up front that I was + and knew they could relate to me. When I was diagnosed in early 2008, I just thought, this is it! My life is over! After going thru several short term dating scenes and telling one or two men about my HSV2, they would run. I decided to try this website and soon after, I winked at this handsome biker who lived in Ohio. He responded FAST and we immediately started chatting. We met that next weekend and ever since, we have been burning up I-70 between Ohio and Indiana. I'm happy to say, I just got a job offer in his city and I'm moving over and we are talking marriage! I'm so excited about this and feel for the first time in my life, that I have found the PERFECT man for me.
I almost want to go back to the jerk who knowingly infected me and thank him... for if it wasn't for HSV2, I would NEVER have met the man of my dreams.
