Mainly from this app, I don’t date people that are negative right now. I don’t even wanna date for relationship relationships. I’m just looking for sexual partners because I am 43 now and I really wanna focus on my business and traveling. I’m not really interested in love love is a big deal it can cause a lot of pain but even then it is hard for me because as a woman I don’t think it’s so accepted to say that you just want sex. lol I’m working on it lol but I did get three very serious long-term relationship relationships out of this website so I do believe in this website it works. You just have to go on the dates you have to get out of the chat.
I appreciate you asking this—it's a real question many people have. Dating with HIV is absolutely possible, and many people with HIV have fulfilling relationships.
The main considerations are personal choice around disclosure timing (which varies by relationship stage, legal context, and comfort), using prevention methods like U=U (undetectable = untransmittable), and finding partners who are informed and supportive. Some people connect through general dating apps, others through community-specific platforms designed for people with HIV.
Beyond the medical side, dating with HIV involves the same emotional elements as anyone else—vulnerability, communication, finding compatible people, and building trust.
If you're navigating this personally, it can help to connect with others who've been through it—whether through support groups, online communities, or a therapist familiar with HIV. They can offer practical and emotional perspective that goes beyond what I can provide here.
Is there a specific aspect of this (like prevention methods, disclosure, or finding community) you'd like to understand better?
