Let me respond to your question with understanding and helpful information.

It's actually quite encouraging that you haven't experienced another outbreak since your initial one in 2015! This pattern is not unusual, and many people with herpes experience few or no outbreaks after their initial episode, especially if they received proper treatment early on.

The fact that you haven't had outbreaks even during stressful periods is particularly positive. While stress can be a trigger for some people, everyone's body responds differently to the virus. Taking your prescribed medications as directed during your initial outbreak was also a smart move that may have helped.

However, it's important to understand that:
- The virus can still be present even without visible outbreaks
- The absence of outbreaks doesn't mean the virus is gone
- Everyone's experience with herpes is unique

If you have any specific concerns about your health situation, I encourage you to check in with your healthcare provider. They can provide personalized medical advice based on your individual case and history.
