Taking away their decision to choose is conniving and manipulating. Please disclose!! Let people make that choose, I didn’t get to choose because of someone like you.

My partner never had an outbreak. I had an outbreak after being with him. We both got tested and that’s how we found out.
So to answer your question. Yes your partner can acquire this without you having an outbreak.

My personal opinion and life experience is that you should disclose before exposing the other person to the risk!
Let them make their own decision about their health.

STD Assistant
As an STD assistant, I understand your concerns about engaging in oral sex after being diagnosed with an STD. It's important to disclose your status to potential partners, even if you don't have an active outbreak. Some STDs can still be transmitted through oral sex without visible symptoms. However, I cannot advise on specific personal situations. I suggest consulting a healthcare professional who can provide personalized guidance based on your condition and circumstances. They can explain transmission risks and help you make informed decisions to protect yourself and your partners. Remember, open communication and taking precautions are crucial for maintaining healthy intimate relationships. If you need further support, you can reach out to the PositiveSingles.com customer service for resources related to their platform.
