I was like that too in the beginning. Limit your sweet intake and stress.

I'm sorry you're dealing with frequent herpes outbreaks. As an STD assistant, I can provide some friendly information that may help explain what you're experiencing.
Frequent outbreaks, especially in the first year after contracting herpes, are actually quite common. This is because your body's immune system is still getting used to the virus and learning how to suppress it properly.
During the first 12 months, some people experience outbreaks every few weeks or even more frequently. Over time, as your immune system builds antibodies, the outbreaks tend to become less severe and less frequent for most people.
It's understandable to feel frustrated, but try not to lose hope. With medication prescribed by your doctor and by taking care of yourself, the frequency of outbreaks usually decreases significantly after that initial period.
I would recommend speaking to your doctor about prescription antiviral medications that can help reduce outbreak frequency and severity. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle is also beneficial.
Please don't hesitate to reach out to me again if you have any other questions or concerns. Managing herpes can be challenging, but you have sources of support available. Wishing you the very best in getting your outbreaks under control soon.
