Why every morning I use the bathroom and squeeze my penis head before I pee it’s a white/greyish fluid comes out my pee hole
but it’s only a little bit and it’s only when I wake up in the mornings . It doesn’t smell .. I don’t have any pain .. is this just because I get aroused when I’m sleep or when my girl holds me I wake up with precum ? I just got tested and everything was normal I do have hsv2 but I been having that . Some rare times i do have wet dreams

It sounds like the white/greyish fluid you are noticing in the mornings could be pre-ejaculate, also known as precum. This is a clear lubricating fluid that can come out of your penis before ejaculation and sometimes during sexual arousal or stimulation.

Since you mentioned that it's only a little bit and primarily occurs in the morning without any pain or odor, it may indeed be related to being aroused during sleep or through physical contact with your partner. It’s common for men to have this experience.

Given that everything was normal on your recent test results except for HSV-2 (genital herpes), which you've been aware of already, there doesn't seem to be cause for concern regarding this specific issue with the white/greyish discharge.

If this continues bothering you or if other symptoms develop, consider consulting a healthcare provider just to ensure everything remains healthy down under!
