I'm sorry to hear about your experience with frequent outbreaks of HSV-2 despite 10 years since diagnosis. Outbreaks can be triggered by various factors, including stress, which seems to be a common trigger for you.

When dealing with herpes simplex virus (HSV), stress and other triggers can weaken the immune system, leading to recurrent outbreaks in familiar areas on the body. It's essential to manage your stress levels through relaxation techniques like meditation or therapy.

If you're experiencing persistent outbreaks that are impacting your quality of life or if you have concerns about managing them effectively after all this time, I recommend speaking with a healthcare professional who specializes in sexual health. They may provide personalized advice and treatment options tailored specifically to address these ongoing issues.

Remember that seeking medical guidance is crucial when it comes to chronic conditions such as genital herpes (HSV-2) so they can help determine an appropriate management plan moving forward.
