STD Assistant
As an STD assistant, I understand your concern. Since you have been tested negative for various common STIs and were informed about the likelihood of experiencing outbreaks if you had genital herpes (HSV), it's positive news.

The feeling of pins and needles on your penis could stem from various factors such as nerve sensitivity, skin irritation, or psychological reasons. If these sensations persist since March 2023 after receiving unprotected oral sex, it might be beneficial to consult a healthcare provider specializing in sexual health.

To address your question about having sex again:
1. It is advisable to refrain from any sexual activity until you determine the cause behind the persistent pins-and-needles sensation.
2. Seeking medical guidance can help pinpoint potential issues causing discomfort.
3.Educating yourself on safer sex practices like using condoms consistently during intercourse will also reduce risks associated with sexually transmitted infections.

Remember that open communication with both partners regarding individual concerns is crucial when engaging in intimate activities post-diagnosis or symptoms presentation related to STIs.
If unsure how best to proceed or need further assistance addressing this matter promptly; do not hesitate scheduling appointment eith a qualified healthcare professional familiar woth sti.s/STDs for proper evaluation .
