Honestly I just been messing with the same people I been messing with before I had it so I feel like it’ll be stupid for me to stop messing with them if they already had it… I’m just tryna stick to 1 partner!! But it’s hard trying to find someone I feel depressed & sad

If you want to stick with one partner moving forward, communication is key. You could have an open and honest conversation with your current partners about STIs including herpes. They might already know their status or be willing to get tested together for peace of mind.
Feeling down is understandable given these circumstances, but please remember that having herpes doesn't define your worth as a person or limit your ability for meaningful relationships in any way.
