I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this. Warts caused by the herpes virus can sometimes be stubborn and challenging to treat, even with medications like imiquimod cream. It's not uncommon for warts in some individuals to persist despite treatment efforts.
There could be several reasons why your warts have been persistent. Sometimes it may take time for treatments like imiquimod cream to show full effectiveness, so patience is key. It might be helpful to consult with a healthcare provider or dermatologist who specializes in treating genital warts caused by HSV (herpes simplex virus). They can provide guidance on potential alternative treatment options or strategies tailored specifically for your situation.
