A dinner with a view, an establishment that doesn't allow kids after a certain time and talk and eat and get to know one another. Maybe an arcade place or movie.

Going out to eat, have a few drinks and then on to the dancefloor. Also down to simply hang out or have a walk or hike.

Well surprise me excotic getaway even relaxing at home watching a rom com or even hitting the city eating at out at my favorite restaurant

Tbh it doesn't take much to make me happy for the first date. Take me to eat, maybe a drink. Then off to the movies. Sit at the park and chat.

Cruise under stars dispite the fact that the Cali coast is smog infested and you can barely see anything, lol. A gathering of calm spirits makes for a strong connection?!

Late night talks on the beach while camping. Or simply having dinner at restaurants. I also like to watch movies together.

Lunch or Dinner in a public place is a great place start. If there is a walking area nearby that would be great. Maybe minigolf?

Dinner and a movie kind of guy. Nice restaurant and meal followed by the latest thriller / comedy at the movies. Back to my place…

Food. Maybe a nice walk if it’s not scorching hot outside. It’s almost spooky season so pumpkin patches.

And if, by the end of the night, we're sitting on the couch, the movie is still playing somewhere in the background, we're laughing about something completely ridiculous and thinking, “Wait… when did it get this late?” …I think that would be a pretty perfect first date. ❤️

My Ideal First Date I know the stereotypical first date is dinner at a fancy restaurant, drinks at a rooftop bar, or walking around somewhere crowded and pretending we aren't both slightly nervous. 😄 But honestly? That’s probably not my ideal. My perfect first date would be somewhere I can actually be myself. Crowded places can make me feel a little claustrophobic, and I don't want our first meeting to be spent trying to look cool, composed and socially acceptable. Give me a cozy evening at home instead. Maybe we cook something together nothing too complicated, because watching us struggle with a recipe might actually be more entertaining than the movie. 😂 We put on some music, make ourselves comfortable, open a bottle of something we both enjoy, and just talk. Then maybe we end up on the couch, under a ridiculously cozy blanket, watching a favourite movie or getting hooked on a series we both promise we'll watch “just one episode” of. Spoiler: we won't stop at one. But honestly, the movie isn't really the point. I want those little moments in between the random conversations, laughing at stupid things, discovering each other's weird habits, comfortable silences, stealing the blanket from each other, and that moment when you suddenly realise you've been talking for three hours without noticing. I want a first date where neither of us has to perform. No pretending to be cooler than we are. No trying too hard to impress each other. Just two people feeling comfortable enough to be completely themselves.
