My my ideal date would be depending on the on the weather, which really doesn’t matter to me I enjoy the change of seasons. I enjoy the snow just as much as summer heat. Or even the movie or play or asking each other, what’s our favorite cuisine and finding a restaurant? I would probably ask her. Would she like a coffee?

Go out a date to have a drink or go to a movies. I would also like a man who will like traveling and a road trips.

A great first date would be a walk in the park.. If things progress, we could have dinner with wine and spirits. I would like to talk and visit and find common interests and see if there is a spark.

I would like to meet in a public place without a lot of background noise so we are free to speak and get to know each other.

Meet someplace with a nice view and not too noisy where we can sit, walk, hike or bike,.....chat, laugh, eat, drink, maybe dance if we come across fun music 🙂....enjoy getting to know each other in a stress free , non threatening, comfortable for you environment.

a first date is going to depend on how well I know you in advance if you and I have acquired good conversations good communication with honesty and trust I hope our first date would be like we have already been dating two or three times but if it just starts off with basic information and we go on a date it should be in a nice place to where we can sit down and talk and communicate between each other and get to know each other better and hopeful it turns into a beautiful first date

Coffee shop or wine bar for a casual meet up with minimal pressure

I am mildly introverted, but most people would never know. I just prefer books or small numbers of people to large groups, and I have to take time off from people periodically to recharge my batteries. I go to the local coffee shop daily for good espresso, maybe a treat, and to see and chat with friends and acquaintances. While I classified myself as single, I am married but my wife is in a memory care facility. I visit her regularly, and anticipate that the frequency will diminish as her Alzheimer’s’ disease advances. But life goes on for me, and I desire companionship and intimacy. Who doesn’t? The care facility, while required for my mental health, also allows me to live a normal life most of the time, and travel when I want. As far as music goes, I prefer solo instrumentalists and words that I can hear over bands with crashing music and the words buried in the cacophony of sounds. Other than that I enjoy a wide range of types of music, from classical to traditional to country. Off the top of my head, favorites are Eva Cassidy, Bob Dillon, Ella Fitzgerald, Willy Nelson and Billy Joel. I am liberal and have been all of my adult life. I spent the majority of my career in energy efficiency. These elements form a central philosophy for me. I have solar on my house and drive an electric vehicle. Over the past 20 years I have volunteered many hours for my community. This tapered off as spousal care demanded my time. I am currently considering volunteering again.

We can meet at an agreed location. Let's get to know each other a little better. We're heading to an agreed upon venue...probably a restaurant. Maybe a short walk to talk some more. Time to go now, so back where we started from. It would be nice to get a hug , then we're on our way.
