Hanging out with food and our conversation front & center. I must add that I no longer live in California, but took a circuitous route after leaving a job working with adopted children to Montana then to Sacramento, and now nestled in the small resort town of Stanley, Idaho; at the foot of the Sawtooth Mountains. Back to working as a finish carpenter, much easier to deal with than people.

My idea first date can be in a quiet place like the park or even in my living room getting to know of one another. Or I can take you on a fishing trip and enjoy the open sky and catch fish while we learn what we both like to do to enjoy ourselves together. I want togetherness.

It's a bad season for this but Ive often thought about holding hands with someone special while walking alongside a lake shore just getting to know one another . .
