My ideal date starts with great conversation over coffee or a glass of wine, followed by a walk somewhere scenic—along the beach, through a charming downtown area, or at a local outdoor event. I enjoy getting to know someone beyond the surface, sharing stories about life, travel, and future adventures. The best dates have plenty of laughter, genuine chemistry, and leave both people looking forward to seeing each other again. Bonus points if we end up discovering a new favorite restaurant or planning our next adventure together.

Drive to a Country pub (hopefully the weather will be sunny) and have a nice meal. Conversation and Laughter flowing, accepting awkward silences and both wanting an additional meet.
Or a walk on a beach (hopefully weather will be sunny) and a cup of tea and a cake in a cafe afterwards. Conversation and Laughter flowing, accepting awkward silences and both wanting an additional meet.
Or variants of either

To be honest I like to visit the Memphis Botanical Garden or lichterman Nature Center or just walk along the many green ways of greater Memphis. Any place we can really get personal and be open an judgement free to be ourselves and talk openly.

Dinner at a landmark seafood restaurant right on the Pier and then climb on a 50ft boat and go 5 miles out in the ocean and watch whales breach all around the boat they are so majestic. Go back to the shore and then take that scenic walk along the beach. Hopefully great food, and majestic beauty leads to some fun and playful communication and banter. Were there sparks was there chemistry did that lead to flirting ooh my or the budding of a quirky friendship who knows hmmmmm..

Somewhere fairly casual where we can eat or drink. Mostly, somewhere we can actually talk and get to know each other. I would like to be more focused on learning about someone rather than trying to impress them.

For a first date, coffee- low key no pressure. I’m old school- a fun date to me is dinner and bowling or a walk on the boardwalk and playing arcade games.

Meet for a drink and see where it goes. And then I need a minimum of 100 characters to see where it goes

My ideal first date would start with us meeting for dinner at a nice cozy spot with good music and a relaxed vibe somewhere we can actually talk and learn each other’s personalities. I’d love good conversation, lots of laughter, eye contact, and that feeling where time goes by fast because we’re enjoying each other so much. After dinner, maybe we’d take a walk downtown, stop for dessert or coffee, listen to music in the car, and just enjoy each other’s company without rushing the night.

No pressure just a lot of sharing good conversation. I think at this time in my life I just want to meet a new person who can help me find my way back to normal.

We both wear our best. We meet. We gaze. We smell. We taste. We whisper sweet minty words of nothing to each other. We grab a coffee. Lay a blanket down somewhere with a beautiful scenic view. Which is available any direction you turn here in Colorful Colorado. As we drink, nibble and toke on pure delights and listen to amazing music laying on our backs showing each other what we see in the clouds.

I like the idea of an art gallery near a park. I like to walk but plenty of places to sit down too. If the vibe is happening we can get dinner.
