I would pick dinner in a small restaurant around town or on the shore of one of our numerous lakes. It's the best way to get to talk and know each other. Summer would offer more opportunities for after dinner entertainment.

A fairly quiet place for conversation so we can visit and get to know each other. I sometimes have difficulties hearing if there's a lot of noise, that's being around power equipment all my life. If it's coffee or a cocktail, appetizers or a meal is all good.
