Where we could be alone and get to know each other. By water ,candlelight I'm leaving that up to him. Or just sitting and looking at the stars. Or I can see ourselves fishing haven't done that in a long time. I'm a simple woman . As long as I get to catch the first fish LOL I'd even go for a ride down the coast, not being able to drive anymore, I would enjoy just getting out. Having some wind blowing in my face. Have a few laughs and enjoy our time.

First date, dinner in a quiet restaurant with wine and conversation...not too much wine but just enough. Lively conversation would be a must, not just the “basic interview” stuff but all the other things that you both like to talk about. That’s how 2 people really get to know each other.

I enjoy eating out, but I don't do it so much anymore unless I have a reason or someone to go with. There are lots of places I like here in St Petersburg.
First time we can just meet some place or drive together if we get to that point. I'm sure we will talk before we meet.

My idea of a first date might start with an intimate dinner while watching the sunset. Sitting around a roaring campfire with a second glass of wine and then a romantic walk in the moonlight. Sharing tender glances and soft touches!

I'm easy about things like this. A walk with a scenic view. Dinner by a lake. Kayaking on quiet pond. Good conversation at a local brew pub. Or a bicycle or motorcycle ride. These are all things that are that sound good to me and a way to make friends.

A glass of wine at a quiet outdoor cafe, a cup of coffee, touring horse ranches in nearby Denton. I've done that before and it made for a great day.

Start with coffee and conversation, see if we are at ease with one another, then Lunch at a nice restaurant. Build the relationship from there. If we hit it off romantic walks on the beach and watch the sun go down.
