A comfortable first date for me would be something like; on a Sunday having lunch somewhere in Seaport Village, San Diego, Ca. We can walk the area and get to know a little about each other, possible even see if we have chemistry.

I'd set up my deck with candles have my outdoor fire pit going . have her favorite music playing. Serve her favorite meat salt potatoes wine if she drinks or any other drink she likes and watch the stars come up in the sky and chat about each other's adventures.

Kentucky Fried Chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw....Original Recipe at the park. LOL Hey! I love the stuff....OR a really nice restaurant that serves Lobster If you're up to paying the price. Now later on I'd love to go somewhere that I can wear my dadgum red cocktail dress. I bought it for my 50th High School Class reunion but I didn't get to go. I'm waiting for my Prince Charming to land his helicopter in some open field, come get me, tell me he's going to take me places and do things with me that I've never done before (Oh My!) LOL and whisk me off to some exotic land like the Bahamas....I have a fantasy I'll share with the right man. And Hey! If you don't have that kind of money. It's OK. We'll jump in your jeep and go muddin' instead! I'm game! I'm not hard to please just so long as it's fun and adventurous. I love jeeps too! Can I drive once in a while? I can drive everything up to a 10-ton truck! LOL That's right a 10-ton truck....you read that right! I don't even mind a picnic in the living room so long as you have plenty of pillows and a backrest. If it's cold warm blankets or a fireplace if you have one. I said I'm not hard to please.

I would love to meet my date for lunch in downtown Charleston for some quality conversation and to just have a good time. A gelato while walking along the sea wall at the Battery sounds pretty good too.

Well, I believe it's nice to lay some groundwork through communication. I believe that's important. See if there is some kind of intellectual groove. Mainly see if you laugh at my jokes, lol. Not that that is a guarantee of anything but I think it's good to see how the toe in the water feels. After that, it can be almost anything as long as the company feels right.

I think that since the first date is usually a meet & greet it should be fairly casual for coffee or a coke. No pressure to eat or buy food someone might not eat. Not too loud so we can carry on a conversation to get to know one another without saying....huh? 😁 lol
