How about dinner with a view and live music? Possibly have a glass of wine or tour a distillery with live music.

Not looking to date at the moment but I usually like a chain restaurant dinner (Applebees, Outback, ect) where we can focus on a good conversation and not the food.

My perfect first date is in the park or on a trail sitting down on a bench over conversations and a good smoothie! Listening to nature and feeling the breeze.

I'd recommend something outdoors or just being active. Putt putt or walking a museum and then grab a beer/drink after. As long as the conversation was flowing so well that we lost track of time and both left excited for a second date.

Anything you plan that doesn’t involve bugs or heights. Great food, real conversation, lots of laughter, and chemistry that makes us forget to check the time.

Honestly, pretty simple.
Coffee somewhere relaxed, then a walk where we can actually talk without shouting over music or feeling like we’re stuck in an interview.
No big expectations, no pressure, no trying too hard to impress each other. Just good conversation, a bit of banter, maybe wandering somewhere nice and seeing if we actually enjoy being around each other.
If the coffee turns into lunch, another walk, or neither of us really wants to go home yet, that’s probably a pretty good sign.
Low-key, comfortable and genuine wins every time.
