Personally , a date is to get to know someone but also taking them out to something they enjoy doing . A first date idea for myself would be out to a nice lounge with great food & atmosphere. Perhaps I’ll meet someone who thinks going mudding is a first date great idea (there’s adventures ladies and I do have a 4 wheeler so I will catch up ) everything is subjective . First date ideas are meant to spoil the person you’ve invited so why not personalize it :))

I dont have guidelines or expectations for dates. I would prefer to meet somewhere that you feel safe or comfortable to talk or walk together. The older I get, the more I become interested in simple socialization or peacefully doing nothing at all.

suggest something we both may enjoy . So even if its not a connection we enjoyed the atmosphere or activity . Coffee, lunch , dinner or a activity someplace somewhere very open . The past three , a bar for drinks and conversation , a ice cream place and conversation and a magic show in her town and just a simple over night(nothing happened just a nice evening ) . We did have a second overnight (nothing happened on either ) date of bord games and exploring the downtown the next day but I didn't know about the situation and that was that .
