Whatever, Im up for anything and I can make game time decisions. It will most likely involve a dog friendly event or space. I mean I'm not going to take my dogs out with us everywhere, all the time. But they are important to me and I need to see initial reactions and interactions with my girls before I can go all in.

It would be nice to go for coffee and talk about what we have in common. If we get along, then we could make dinner plans. I think going for a walk and just getting to know one another is the key to any relationship. I believe that good conversation and honesty is the key to the beginning of a good and meaningful relationship.

To me a first date is best when it is a casual environment. A walk in the park, meeting for a quick lunch, going to a fair or festival of some sort. I am happy to spend just a couple hours and then decide if we want to spend more time together and meet again. Nice and easy!

My favorite first dates are dog dates at the dog park or drinks at a quiet bar but I'm pretty much down for whatever. Coffee can also be fun. It's quite intimate and a great way to get to know someone quickly.

I bring my dog with me as often as I can (his name is Baz, and he is an absolute sweetheart), so dates at the dog beach or a quiet creek are high on the list. If you know of a secret waterfall, or café with a dog friendly area, I am all ears!

Come with me to walk some dogs and pet some cats at our city animal shelter! ... Maybe when it gets a little cooler outside? There are small trails by the complex with benches to sit and enjoy a little puppy company together.
