Let's meet at a used book store if it's cold out or have a picnic at night in the summer months. I can plan a creative date once I know our shared interests. If you prefer a low stakes coffee at Starbucks, it'll be inside a grocery store. If I'm going to get ready for a date over coffee, I'm going to knock out an errand, too.

First meet. No real expectations. It's a getting to know each other kind of thing. At a minimum, we walk away having experienced another person's views, sharing laughs, quite possibly being friends and time well spent IMHO I don't think that's a bad thing at all. I mean, I ain't gonna waste ALL your time. And quite possibly none at all.
