I would like to go somewhere laid back so she would have the chance to talk. Shooting pool is a way to get to know someone. Walking around the city on a nice day. Philly always has a cool spot for coffee

There are a couple of things we could do... We could take a day trip to Tennessee and go to the Aquarium and check out the venues nearby, or go hiking up Look Out Mountain in Rock City; or stay in Atlanta and check out a play, hopefully a good one at the time, or visit the Georgia Aquarium. Then a big expensive dinner - I love Italian or Thai Food, my treat; maybe coffee and dessert after words at Cafe Intermezzo. All these things to get a feel for each others' personality and energy; getting to know one another. Hopefully, it would invite a second date in the near future.

Any situation is ideal when conversation can flow freely and without judgment. It can be a walk around the city or in the park, sightseeing, drinks at a local bar, going to an exhibit or museum that piques both our interests. I wouldn't want something that feels like an interview, but an activity we can both enjoy and remember even if the "date" doesn't fall in our favor!
