I'd say the park or the mall for starters. The park is a place of great scenery and one on one conversation. The mall is still great for talking bit it adds the convenience of being able to find out what the other person is into. Maybe a movie, maybe a cafe. Maybe a restaurant our maybe I'll cook. Lol different strokes go different folks right? :)

Something fun and playful. Dave and busters is the perfect first date. Movies are fine but I find that people that go to movies leave the date knowing nothing about one another. SHHHH...don't talk in the theater. Dinner is always good but a little cliche'. I really think fun and some knowledge of one another is key for that first date, past that the romantic dinners and picnic thing is always awesome.
