A first date is not like the first meeting. When two people meet for the first time, they're expectations are high. When you see them, sometimes the look on their face doesn't quite make a connection to a face seen in the picture, so let your imagination run free.
A first date would be together, having fun, spending time talking to each other. Not in a theater watching a movie, then going back out into the world to try to stir up something.
Take me somewhere where the two of us can feel as if we're in a private area, yet still in the public eye. Where we can hear each other talk, but not other people. A beach park picnic is really nice, as opposed to a stroll around an outdoor mall (like the one I work in)
