Maybe go to the zoo or volunteer at a animal rescue . Hiking is also good, or maybe a rodeo or trail ride . I am also always down for a good cup of coffee or a nice farmers market : something low key is best.

It really doesn't matter what we do as long as it doesn't take away from the conversation. I think conversation the whole first date is more important than anything else honestly. Any man can take you out to eat, or to a movie. Majority of men can't hold a conversation without sex being the topic.

Just a genuine experience with a decent human being would be nice. I wouldn't even care what we did. Connecting over a meal or drinks is ideal. Movies and loud music tends to not be a great environment for getting to know someone. I like those things for later in the process.

We both show up dressed as Disney cartoon characters, I'll be Goofy, you can be Tinkerbell. We do some shrooms and go miniature golfing, then walk across the busy street, (pausing to do erratic and spasmodic jumping jacks calisthenics for the terrified motorists entertainment) to the Sizzler steak house where we walk in, loudly declare our pronouns as Tink & Woof and begin shouting to the bewildered and dumbfounded patrons there that they are all accessories to mass murder, and Veganism is the only thing that can absolve them of their sins.
