This may sound a bit corny, but I think the first date is all about breaking the ice and maybe having a laugh. So what better than ice skating? You get to watch me fall down, you laugh, we talk, I get to hold your hand, AND we can slow skate to corny 80's songs... We could get a few corn dogs and watch the Zamboni (ice resurfacer). Who's game?

I fully recognize that first meetings are weird. But a little healthy competition is a great way to distract you from your inner critic. So, board games (or skeeball) and beverages seems a good starting place. Loser buys fries.
