My favorite kind of date is the sort where I pick you up and we go get a bite or something and then head to a show. Whether it be a huge touring musical at the Orpheum or a little improv show or experimental production at a smaller venue. Maybe some time for a walk around town, too.

I want to....Go play at the park, or walk around the city and be silly. I want to yell in the street because I just can't contain my joy, and you find it endearing that I have a hard time talking about myself at times, in the beginning. I want to talk about the world. How we see it, what makes us happy, what we question, what we want to run from, but we don't because we know what that feeling really is.
I want to look inside your head. And I want to see you. I want to grab some fruit at the store and run around the mall laughing at the illusions and ridiculously saddening truths this world holds, because sometimes I just need to laugh a little, probably to keep from crying when I hold the cold hard truth up and take a good look. I want to hear about how you see it. I want to learn and learn, never stop learning because it feels so good and because we have all the time in the world. And one day, I wanna come across someone who can really look at me and see...me.

I would love to meet for a drink or two before we go and see a performance whether it be a comedy show, a live concert or a show at the Boston Opera House. Depending on how the night is going, having another drink after the show would be perfect.

There's a great venue here that supports local musicians with open mics as well as low cover cost concerts. Groups travel to play here from Nashville, Louisville, Knoxville, and Memphis, so finding your type of music is only a matter of keeping an eye on the setlist
