My ideal first date would be to go see some live music or dance or theatre performance. If you can get involved in arts and culture, I'm yours ;) I would love to grab some drinks and just enjoy the performance, possibly get something to eat, and just soak up the art.

Visiting a sausage making facility, discussing Gogol, listening to Yugoslavian 80's new wave music, then going into a community garden to eat tomatoes and not get caught...... or just going out for a drink and good conversation, that will work too.

I think at this time after I have planed out and enabled my health and finances to embrace another monogamous man - I - we... deserve a nice Vegas or Broadway show followed by a nice candle lite dinner with nice background jazz music playing as we stare and listen to each other. Eyes, voice, skin tone, voice tone, lips and aroma are so so sweet and taken for granted maybe by so many. The little things can mean so so much and I would like to show my date how detail towards them matters and why. Let it begin....

I love seeing live theatre, not just plays, but comedy acts, improv, concerts, etc. Plus, it gives a jumping-off point for after-show discussion, which could lead to more interesting topics.

Though somewhere quite and intimate is nice but at that point of meeting I will feel that we have gotten the formalities out of the way. I would love to do something fun, which may require a crowd, ie bowling, skating, gym... I also love movies, action, scary, suspense and of course chick flicks....
