A dinner or attending a concert, then walk to enjoy a long and interesting talk.

Maybe some coffee/dinner and the movies. Or something that's just spontanious!

I like spontaneous. Depends on the person and the mood :)

Coffee or a drink and some get to know you conversation... I am sure that is what everyone says... Lets go play a game of pool or go to a show... then go have a night cap and see if we want to plan another get together.

Dinner on the riverwalk somewhere, maybe a movie or pool at Dave and Busters

I'm pretty easy to please in the right company, IDK, Lunch, a Picnic, Boat Ride ???

Comedy club followed by some drinks somewhere quiet so we could talk.

Dinner at a comfortable restaurant, someplace where quality conversation can take place, in a relaxed atmosphere, introduction exchange. In 3 seconds, you know if there is an attraction, chemistry comes when you open your mouth, and engage your personality and character. Never no expectations, acceptance, at best you make a new friend.

It can be as simple as a walk somewhere, or a movie and dinner. As long as it is with good company idk

A quiet candlelit restaurant where we can talk and get to know each other like: Cheesecake Factory, PF Changs, or The Tavern at the Summit.

Perfect date is just having that undeniable chemistry. It doesn't matter what we have planned as long as the chemistry is there... I don't like to use the word, "date". I call it an "outing". It removes a lot of pressure and expectations.

Something simple, I would like to be in a relaxed environment. First dates usually make people nervous. So, I think that keeping it light will make both of us more comfortable. I'd like to spend the date doing something that we both find enjoyable. I also would like to spend some time talking and getting to know eachother a little.

Don't have any index cards, nor do I sit around think of first date ideas.. I'd imagine it all depended on the individual. Just me tho.

After a good 2.5 years in gibsons - haven't met a single gay man so moving - in the spring - tempt me - I might just take my early retirement pension and move to an area close to you. So dare me - you might just get what you wish. Becareful what you wish for. Low maintenance, straight up guy that likes a bailey's on ice, great single malt scotch - on occaison, and then great food. I love to cook. Naked. Especially when entertaining one, and on occaison - more. But that's rare and very on a need to know basis. Active and more each month. 80 kgs - working toward 72 kgs goal weight by spring 2012. Hawaii for a month - Feb 13 and working on a kona bean plantation. Doing running, swimming and biking outdoor workouts. Not the ironman you'd expect - just like those things! Single long enough, ready to date after monastically living on the sunshine coast as the token homosexual - and the only one I've met was bi polar and into a little more weed then I could adjust to. But the PRIDE dance with 32 lesbian only couples were interesting~ !

I really have a passion for the arts. I am very much into orchestral music so, if you were to take me to a concert at the Meyerhoff or Strathmore, etc., I would be in complete heaven. Dinner would also be a nice first date as well.

the botanical garden @ balboa park then the concert @ the organ pavilion just to be able to enjoy some of the good things that san diego has to offer . a nice talk and to finish a good glass of wine @ del prado .

Its hard for me to decide, by myself, where I would take an imaginary date. So as I sit here thinking about it, it occurs to me, that I don't usually go on dates with guys. And when I do date activities, they are usually with my friends that are girls. I haven't been dating much. Guys that is. Not to be confused, I am 100% gay! That being said... I've had some really good "hetero" dates this year at the ballet. I danced ballet briefly and still have a love for the art. I like the ballet as a date idea because ballet expresses any number of stories, themes, and emotions. For me, its fun to talk about our opinions of a performance and discuss why we feel that way. However, I'll do anything you want. :)
