My idea of a first date is to meet at a restaurant that neither one of us has tried before. We enjoy sharing each other's selections as we discuss the food and compare past dining experiences as we get to know one another. The ambience is good and we linger over food and a glass of wine. Afterwards, we take a stroll in Old Alexandria, marveling at the moonlit sky and how it illuminates your face.

Meet at a coffee shop, set outside along the sidewalk in the morning sun. We visit for a while and the chemistry seams to be there, (which is important) before we know it two hrs have gone by and we still want to spend time togeather. You pick up a news paper and see that there is a craft fair in the park and we go over to it and just walk around and talk some more. We find a place to eat that services something else other than fried food, and have some lunch. Things have gone pretty good for the first visit and plan to meet again next weekend. We exchange phone numbers so we can talk over the phone during the week. A huge and kiss on the cheak and we are on our way, you are still on my mind and that is a good thing.

Ideal first date would be sitting maybe in a bookstore where we could have candid conversations or in a quaint restaurant. Or to a play or movie...I love anything with the arts!

Anything that has to do with the ocean...I'm game(if you sail or have a desire to learn...mega kudos to you)I love to fly a kite from shore on a sunny day while having good relaxing conversation.I give a killer sweedish massage or an enlightening Thai massage.Many other things attract me for first dates...like dancing(do you salsa...lol?)=)

I think they should make online dating profiles have a mandatory question asking what you would do if you hit the lotto. Personally, in order of urgency, I would:
1. Put out a rap album.
2. Golf every day
3. Listen to my rap album while golfing.

For a first meeting, I would like to meet someplace public where we can chat and see if we have enough chemistry and/or common interests to continue to a first date.
A good first date might include dinner and a drink or two and some good conversation, then on to a comedy club for some laughs. One thing I like about comedy clubs is that you are usually forced to sit close and you can feel the electricity pass between you. On the way home, maybe we would stop for an ice cream or a coffee before parting ways.

Planning a trip to go see a Broadway show in New York City and going out to dinner after the play, would be a great weekend trip. I enjoy the theater and the pleasure of eating good food. Seeing a concert or going out dancing would also be fun to do as well. I would love to plan a trip to Niagara Falls and spend the weekend sightseeing.
