MMM...let's see...I like coffee, I love the water, I love nights on the town if I can ever find time, I love scenery...so it's pretty much up in the air..I think putting the pieces of the puzzle together will be the adventure in itself..

If its fair weather (spring, summer, fall) a picnic at the park would be beautiful, especially a fall picnic with beautiful scenery. If it is cold out a museum date or even a library date would be a blast.

Let's go to the zoo...if it's not too hot! I tend to be a polar bear. If it is, a trip to the museum or science center sounds fun. Just don't rush me! I am a nerd and must be allowed to nerd it up at my own pace. Why go somewhere if you soak it all in!

food, drinks and conversation. i'm not really that picky about where the first date is as much as who i am there with. that's the most important detail

A cup of coffee or anything easy, devoid of expectations. It's not about the place. It's about the person.

A great first date is the flagstaff Art walk. It is a fun, public, social event with lots of opportunity to talk and get to know someone.

My first date would be meeting to have lunch or coffee or even a walk in the park so that we get a chance to talk and get to know each..I believe that when you first go out with someone this is an opportunity to get to know this person and to determine if you want to go further...If after the first date, I think you can began to explore other ventures and/ or activities that you would love to embark on together.....To me the second date is the most exciting because you both clicked and you want to get to know each other better......Now, as far as date ideas, I would love to have a picnic, go to the museum, go visit an art gallery, dine on some kind of ethnic food that we have never tried before, and to do something different other than the movies.......

Last thursday of every month is free admission at the Art Gallery of Alberta. I'm not an artsy type, but I can still enjoy art for free and it can start some interesting conversations on a first date.

Anywhere we can unwind, be authentic, and truly connect with each other. Whether it's a leisurely walk by the water's edge, a cozy picnic in the park complete with wine and cheese, or exploring an art exhibit together, the setting matters less than the opportunity to share genuine moments.
