People often mistake my closed-off nature for cockiness. They assume I'm stuck-up, think I'm better than everyone, or somehow believe I'm above them. I experience this at work, online, in person, and even within my own family. The truth is, I simply enjoy my own company. I like staying out of drama, observing, and keeping my distance because I've learned that not everyone comes with genuine intentions. But one thing I've realized is that even when you mind your business, avoid conflict, and keep to yourself, people can still find ways to create a narrative about you. Sometimes people interpret your silence through their own insecurities. They mistake boundaries for arrogance and privacy for superiority. I've learned that being at peace with yourself doesn't mean everyone will be at peace with how you choose to live. And that's something I've stopped feeling obligated to explain.

Can Anyone Tell Me? With this new Update, how come it is not allowing the ability to BLOCK?  I have tried.  When I fill out the Hide/Block tiny form, there is a button at the bottom of that that says REPORT in a box.  It is not highlighted dark to be able to tap on.  Like that function is not engaged.   When I try to BLOCK straight from say, their Blog, the three ??? should show that option.  I tried that also and nothing happens. Hey hey hey ?? So I've been on PS for a year now ? well... on and off ? It has been a year of growth and self discovery navigating through the divorced life. Some paths didn't work out as it was envisioned, but it was approached with an optimistic mindset to trust the process. When new challenges have been presented, most days have been easier than others and we don't need to dwell on what didn't work out. Sometimes there's nowhere to go but up for there are better things to come. I hope my children know that I'm trying my best and that they can always count on me ? I have a job that I enjoy and am excelling in, new friends, and I've finally stopped biting my nails ?? taking care of business. I still remain hopeful in my love life.
