• 4. Chargebacks / creditbacks ratio means that the amount of refunds you give back to your customers should not exceed more than 7% of your customers that have paid in full. The high chargeback / creditback ratio will lead to the cancellation of your commission.
• 5. For the Pay-Per-Profile Option, a 2% paid membership ratio should be maintained when non-paying members exceed 50. If this ratio isn't maintained, your account will be converted to the Per-sale Payout Option at the beginning of the next month automatically. The previous month is also recalculated under the Per-Sale Option. You can get by per sale if the user upgrades later.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES: As an Affiliate Partner, you are not allowed to place any content that may violate other parties' copyright, trademark, trade-name, patent or other intellectual property rights. You agree that you shall be wholly responsible for any liabilities, claims, demands, causes of action, damages, and costs (including but not limited to attorneys fees) caused directly or indirectly by your use or violation of another party's copyright, trademark, trade-name, patent or other intellectual property rights.
