Chronology:
(1) Last Saturday: Randomly discovered 1 focal lesion in the inguinal region; entirely painless upon incidental discovery.
(2) Monday: Evaluated in-person by PCP; initial clinical impression noted low concern/observation unless spreading.
(3) Wednesday: A new, secondary bump emerged immediately adjacent to the primary site.
(4) Thursday: Additional new spots appeared locally.
(5) Friday (Today): Observable lesion progression, with an established healing scab at the primary site.
Symptom & Neurological Profile:
Absolute absence of neuropathic prodrome, deep tissue ache, neuralgia, lancinating pain, burning, or tingling. Pruritus (itching) is strictly localized to the drying, healing scab area, consistent with normal tissue repair.
Patient History:
Zero history of prior recurrent outbreaks or similar episodes.
