I have HPV 2. If I have unprotected sex with another guy with HPV2, can I contract it anally? Sorry if this is a dumb question, just want to know before I get involved with anybody. Thanks

    HPV is genital warts. (Which can be burned off and can lead to cervical cancer if left untreated. There’s also immunization for this STI)
    HSV is herpes. Might wanna get that figured out first!

    No, you can not reinfect yourself in the same location if you already have an established infection and established HSV2 antibodies.
    if you have GHSV2, theoretically, you can get outbreaks anywhere a pair of boxer shorts would cover. So for woman, that would be muscosa skin of the vulva, the vagina and cervix, and the soft skin around your anus. You may have only had outbreaks on your genitals, but you could shed from parts of your lower half that have not had any outbreaks, for ex: you could shed HSV2 without any symptoms from your anus, even if you've never had any outbreaks in that location. So with that being said, you cannot reinfect your anus if you decide to have unprotected anal sex.
