    This depends. The short answer is yes, but not through the condom. Herpes is spread by skin-to-skin contact. So anything that contacted an area which is shedding the virus may be a source of infection. For example, if your hand touched the shedding area and then touched the condom, the virus may be spread to the condom and then to you.

    Yes. The reduce the chance if there is lesion on the penis that got covered but the groin and thighs could have small outbreaks too that you do not see. You can reduce the risk and have sex with a condom and also keep your underwear on.

    I would assume so even with a condom on a lot of times it affect the entire are(sack and thighs ect. as it comes in contact ( sorry don't mean to be crude just stating it simply)
