HPV is NOT THE SAME as HSV....and no you cannot spread it by kissing, mouth to mouth. Unless your kissing someones gentials who is also positive for low risk...then there is s small risk, but my dr also said the risk for getting oral cancers due to oral sex with someone with low risk hpv is higher then actually getting oral hpv.
HPV is spread skin to skin....so touching yourself then your partner, genitals touching gentials etc....thats why condoms aren't 100% protective against it.

If you have HSV 2 (genital herpes) it can't be spread by kissing, sharing food ect how ever unless your partner also has HSV 2 or 1 oral sex is out of the pitcher HSV 2 is spread by genital contact the virus lives in you'er vaginal fluids so a lot a precautions have to be taken when having sex HSV 1 lives in your mouth so with HSV 1 you can't share anything that has been in your mouth
