    No you do not have to obtain your parents permission. Federal Health Insurance Protection and Portability Act HIPAA protects your individual rights. The doctor, labs, hospitals, etc. cannot disclose the test you have had to anyone, let alone your parents. This is called Super PHI or protected health information. Call your health insurance company and request confidential communications give them another address for the bills.
