Q:

I have had conflicting advice. Tell a partner before every having sex - or being cautious, using protection, taking my meds, and not telling him until we're in a committed relationship. I just had a guy flip out because we had safe sex and I told him before the second time. He dumped me after two incredible weeks together. I don't know what's right anymore. I just found this site.
