Our relationship is going very well. We liked each other's profiles and from the first email we connected with each other. Talking on the phone was our next step and hour long conversations led us to believe we needed to meet. We spent three long very special days together that sealed in our minds that we had something pretty special. At the moment we are three hours away from each other but take advantage of emails everyday, we talk on the phone at least once a day and planning our next get together. After being on other sites for quite a long time this was the first that the mental and physical connection was not all one sided. We can't imagine not being together and building our relationship to a all new level for both of us.
I can only thank your site for being there for us taking away all the awkward hows and whens to bring up the subject of our issue. That conversation doesn't even exist and the stress that comes from having to have that conversation.
I kept going on this guys profile to check out his pic...he was so cute:) But I did not contact him at first because I thought he lived in Chicago.I finally decided to contact him and found out he was right here in Tennessee.We emailed each other,then chatted on the phone for a bit.Then we decided to meet for dinner.When we sat down to talk I felt totally comfortable,like we had known each other for years.After a couple of months of dating we decided to date exclusively...do the boyfriend/girlfriend thing:)That's the good part...here is the bad part.During this time he ran into some problems...he lost his job:( Like any good friend I helped him out through those tough times.He was planning on opening a business,so he had some money put away for that.And I watched this man singlehandedly put together his own barbershop,with very little resources.It was amazing to watch.And it let me see what type of person he was under pressure.He is such a wonderful young man and we have talked about o...

He just emailed me to tell me that how adorable he thought I was and how he really liked my profile and that he wanted to meet me, so I decided to give him a chance. He only lives 20 minutes away from me and were a lot alike and just really hit it off. He asked to be his girlfriend on valentine day and we've been so happy ever since.
It's a lot easier to be comfortable with a relationship when you both have the same STD. just like most people, we were depressed when we found out we had herpes. I felt useless and thought now I'll never find someone, but it turns out I found the most amazing person!

I just want the people with STDs not to give up and that they're doing the right thing by trying to find someone on this website.
I have been on this site for longer than most and made friends. I can honestly say that
I have found my best friend. he is the man i haven't known long but feel like
I've known all my life. I can't describe it, he is hopefully the end of my
old chapter and the beginning of all my new ones. I'm crazy about him!
So thank you positive singles. my faith has been restored in men and I'm
happier than I've ever been. oh! And I'm relocating! ya! Best wishes to
