It was so sweet  (Dating)
I met someone from this site. We talked for about 4 days before deciding to meet I believe. However, our phone conversations were always over an hour and we talked several time a day. I drove and picked him up and he took me to the ocean and we walked the boardwalk to the lighthouse and put our feet in the waves. It was so sweet. I don't know about marriage but I know that I am very glad he came into my life. We have similar backgrounds and the differences between us are coming together. He has me interested in new things. I don't feel hopeless anymore because of my "problem".

Our story is actually pretty crazy when we stop to think about it these days. We met on your website in March. We had both logged in to chat one night with no real hope of anything serious coming out of it. It was the
first time Bryan had ever used the website. He lived in Southern California, and I lived in San Francisco. Coincidentally, he grew up in San Francisco and his family is still there, and that was what caught his attention and led to him initiating a conversation with me (That and my stunning beauty, of course).
Anyway, a couple days past without corresponding, and I decided to send him
a message. That was what really got the ball rolling, and from that point we quickly began to talk, text, chat and email several times a day. Since he was living in Southern California, we hadn't really discussed meeting; we were, at that point, just enjoying talking and realizing how similar we are to each other.

It was the end of March, and hockey playoffs were right a... Read Full Story>>

I do have a success story. I logged on late one night after the ending of a "regular" relationship. I was scared to go to this type of site due to bad experiences before; however using a regular dating site has it downers when it comes
to the revealing of my 'issue'. Here it is already known so no pressure! I found a few interesting profiles and emailed them. I got two great responses by two great guys. The first to respond however was the one who was the one who was almost a perfect match! We have been dating for 6 weeks now and I haven't looked back. We are enjoying each other and happy we used Positive Singles to find one another! Thank you and keep this site going!

I seen Michaels' profile on August 20th and he seemed like a nice normal guy, so I sent him an email. He answered me a couple days later and we talked back and forth for a couple of weeks before we had an opening in our schedules to meet. We met at Il Fornello's for dinner and it was so comfortable that we stayed for hours. Then we went out for coffee until the the coffee house closed and kicked us out.

We continued to chat and email and had our second date on Sept. 5. A movie and dinner. We talked until midnight when I walked him home. We've talked everyday since and we have so much in common (besides our status). We were both looking for someone who would understand what our status meant (and didn't mean). I'm convinced that is going to be a great relationship, and that is why I've left the site.

Thanks for the great service.
