After the second email message, I sent her my phone number along with a message that, I have don't the long emails traffic and the would move to texting and then phone calls, find out that over the phone we seem good but that first or second meeting just doesn't work. So I said let's just skip the week long Internet and phone traffic and meet, see what happens. We meet in the middle of where we both lived at a pool hall at hit it of at the bat. And after that every weekend we would hang out together. That's been a year and a couple of months now and as for marriage, we have talked about it but she wants to wait till after the baby weight is gone to do that. We are expecting our 1st child in august don't know what it is yet, but we will be finding out soon. Thanks PS

I have been on your site since January 1, 2011. I chose this site to find people close to me who were/had been where I was as a newly diagnosed member. I have to admit I was skeptical about finding my true love here. It was a Tuesday evening when I met the man of my dreams. The kind you hear about that sweeps you off your feet and makes the world a better place to be in. I believe I started to fall in love with him after 2 hours of chatting the first nite. We text and email during the day and I get to hear his voice every nite. We plan on meeting for the first time in April. Distance seems to be our only issue right now. We definitely compliment each other in every way possible. I am so excited to meet the man who has stolen my heart and given me his in return. I will be eternally grateful to PS for allowing me the opportunity to meet the man I want to share forever with. Thank you.

Advice to other members:

The best advice I can give is to not rule anybody out. I was scared to talk to the man I love because of distance. If it is meant to be problems will solve themselves in time.

I've found my love on this site and I just needed to thank you before taking my profile down. You're seriously doing something great here. In a world where we all hope to find someone to love and who loves us back, something like an STD throws a huge wrench in the process. This website is a great communication link to getting through and still finding that special person. and it can work! I can't thank you enough for connecting my boyfriend and me.

Advice to other members:

Don't give up! There is definitely hope. And photos are a big plus!

I want to thank the folks at this site for bringing me together with the man I am going to share my life with.
I had been here for a few months, and just hadn't met "him" yet. I was ready to cancel, and started to delete any winks or emails I was receiving, at that point. Just as I was getting ready to delete the most recent email, I accidentally opened it! Thank God I did. That accidental email opening led me to meet the incredible man I will be sharing my life with. It started as a few simple emails back and forth. In those emails, we found a connection that was so effortless and natural. To say we had so much in common would be cliche, but there was also a balance that made everything near perfect. The funny thing is, He was not the kind of man I was normally drawn to (or that I would have looked for). In time, I would find that he was everything I never realized I wanted in a life partner and more.

We emailed and chatted through IM for about 7 months before I gave him ... Read Full Story>>
